ABOUT THE BUILDER
Strobel Contracting has been building in Steubenville, Weirton and surrounding areas for 65 years. The company finished Steeple Chase Patio Home Development near the Fort Steuben Mall for a Pittsburgh developer in 2001, which was the first Patio Home Subdivision in the area. Robert Strobel is the President of Genpro Development, which developed Mission Point Patio Homes in the Country Club Subdivision of Steubenville and completed in 2017, with Strobel Contracting constructing all homes.
Strobel Contracting and Robert Strobel will be in charge of constructing all homes to the highest quality that you would expect in your new home.
ABOUT THE DEVELOPMENT TEAM
Bruce Parr of Able Concrete, is President of AB Properties, the development group of St James Gate. Able Concrete is a long time concrete company and will complete all of the site work for this new subdivision. Able Concrete will also complete all of the concrete driveways and the floor slabs for construction.
